Alima & Teacher

Umme Aatif completed Higher Islamic Studies at Darul Uloom Al Madania, Buffalo, New York in 2007 and obtained the Aalimiyyah degree.
She Initiated and led a full-time Aalim course inclusive of Academics with Mufti Jamal Uddin Sahib at Baitul Hamd Institute, New York from 2007 to 2009.

She moved to Virginia, USA at the end of 2009. Since then, she has been involved in teaching at various programs including a 2-yr Talim un Nisaa course (Woodbridge), Weekend Maktab at Masjid Noor, Springfield, and finally joining the Manassas Muslim Association, Manassas in 2012.

From 2012 till date, she has been leading and teaching in various programs at MMA including Sunday Maktab, Summer Maktab, coaching Hifz students in K12 (Academics), Talim un Nisaa, Talimul Banaat, and full-time Maktab.

Umme Aatif joined Zakaria Islamic Academy, Chantilly from 2017 till date: leading various programs including Sunday Maktab, Summer Maktab, and Weekend Maktab.
