About Manassas Muslim Association

Manassas Muslim Association (MMA), established in 2004 with a mission to establish and maintain a community based on the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and instill in our youth a life-long commitment and societal responsibility to the Islamic ideals of peace, justice, equality, and respect through programs that support the religious, social and educational advancement.

Our Vision is to advance the hearts and the minds of the Muslims in our community and to empower them to be influential citizens through educational programs and Islamic moral teachings with an emphasis on Respect, Honesty, and Responsibility.

Alhamdulillah, MMA is working hard to prepare our youth for the challenges ahead and strengthen our community. We believe, it is our moral and religious obligation to ensure our youth has the resources available to learn Islam in a way that inspires them and encourages them to practice it in their everyday lives.

MMA wants to create an environment in which our youth can be nurtured to compete in the society and strengthen their bond with their creator. This is a significant task and we cannot do it alone. Together as an Ummah, Insha’Allah we have the potential to achieve the unachievable, the promise of Allah (SWT) to us.

MMA currently owns the property at 9059 Euclid Avenue, Manassas, VA. The details of the property are as below:

• 10 Acres of cleared flat grass land
• 8600 sft building (2 big halls, kitchen, classrooms, men’s and ladies rooms)
• 150+ parking spaces
• Youth activity center and after school programs
• Masjid for five daily prayers and Friday prayers
• Adult education, career training center and community events center

Alhumdulillah this facility enables us to provide the services to advance the hearts and the minds of our youth and instill in them a life-long commitment to the Islamic ideals of peace, justice, equality, and respect.
